Request for records regarding whether the Council stands to receive or has received a payment from Irish Public Bodies(IPB) Insurance under that companies release of retained earnings.If yes,how much money has been received to date,on what activities or works precisely has the Council decided to spend this money,how much is to be spent on footpath improvements and basis upon which locations for this work was decided?.Copy correspondence from IPB containing suggestions or recommendations as to how or where these retained earnings should be spent.
