Tipperary County Council

BinDay.ie is an Irish consumer app used by residents of County Tipperary — Clonmel, Thurles, Nenagh, Cashel, Roscrea — to track their bin collection days. I request records held by Tipperary County Council covering: 1. The current waste collection contractor(s) operating in the council's administrative area for household (domestic) bin collection. 2. Any zone maps subdividing County Tipperary into collection zones, including the eircode ranges or route identifiers assigned to each zone. 3. Week-1-vs-week-2 (or equivalent) collection day templates for each zone, showing which bin type is collected on which day. 4. The council's policy document and published schedule adjustments for bank holidays, Christmas, and Easter where collection days shift. 5. Any bin collection calendars held in machine-readable format (CSV, ICS, JSON, XLSX, or searchable PDF). ​Under section 13, I would be grateful for a decision within four weeks.
