(1 ) any submissions made, including submissions made by stakeholders, or interested parties (such as financial institutions) b) internal departmental discussion papers/memoranda that relate to the legislative mechanism that states that the Ombudsman shall not publish decisions that identify financial services providers by name or address (which is set out in Section 62(2)(a)(ii) of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman Act 2017 ). (2) any submissions made, including submissions made by stakeholders, or interested parties (such as financial institutions) b) internal departmental discussion papers/memoranda that relate to Section 76 of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman Act, 2017, namely, the restriction of the application of the Freedom of Information Act with respect to records relating to investigations, complaints, adjudications and decisions of the Ombudsman. The time period for which all records is from January 2015-May 2017. For both parts of my request, the time period I refer to is from 1st January 2012 - 1st December 2017.
