- a record of how much has been spent in total on air taxi services by the department in each of 2023 and 2024. To avoid confusion, I am looking for an aggregate figure for all such services for the two years mentioned and am not seeking the cost of the individual flights. The provision of aggregate information will mean there is no need for Section 36 to be applied. A request for "information" of this type, as opposed to records, is allowed under Section 17(4) of the FOI Act where it can be gathered with relative ease. - a copy of any records held by the Secretary General that refer or relate to a formal decision to take the Learjet out of service for the purpose of the MATS in the period 1 Jan '24 to date.
