A Full copy of the report prepared by Capital Water Systems Ltd., for Galway City Council, to coincide with the 2014 bathing season, in which Galway City Council engaged Capital Water Systems Ltd., to carry out flow and sampling monitoring of the three surface water outfalls in the vicinity of the Ballyloughane bathing water to establish whether or not these may be contributing to the issues with water quality.
