All records relating to the identification and selection of specific hours and days restricting landing of “third country vessels” at the designated port of Greencastle, as listed in the 2021 Regulations, specifically for the period 1 December 2020 to present; All records relating to the application and enforcement of the Regulations 2021 specifically in relation to landing of “third country vessels” by the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority (“the SFPA”), so far as they are held by the Department, for the period 1 January 2021 to present; All records relating the operations of the XXX at Greencastle port, so far as they are held by the Department, for the period 1 January 2021 to present; All records relating to the operational and regulatory capacity of the XXX, so far as they are held by the Department, to enforce the 2021 Regulations at the designated port of Greencastle, pursuant to those Regulations, for the period 1 January 2021 to present.
