Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following records to cover 1 January 2025: • The agenda, notes taken to feed into the minutes, and any official minutes of any meetings of the new Consultative Group on International Trade Policy (Trade Consultative Group) chaired by the Tánaiste / Minister Simon Harris; • A copy of any terms of reference for the Trade Consultative Group; • A copy of any spreadsheet or document with a list of tentative or confirmed members of the Trade Consultative Group; • Any briefing papers or reports created by the department or shared with the department by other Trade Consultative Group members in advance of any meetings of the consultative group; • A copy of any invitations sent by the Tánaiste about membership of the strategic economic advisory panel (SEAP), the US-based group recently set up to advise the Government on trade issues; • A copy of any replies received from third parties about membership of SEAP; • A copy of any terms of reference for SEAP; • A copy of any spreadsheet or document with a list of tentative or confirmed members of SEAP; • Copies of any emails, memos, letters or briefings with recommendations for potential SEAP membership received from the US embassy, US consulates generals or Irish State agencies working in the US; • The agenda, notes taken to feed into the minutes, and any official minutes of any meetings of SEAP meetings;
