1 - Records relating to the December 2006 announcement of a €500,000 Irish Aid grant to Outreach Moldova and any reports, audits, memos and correspondence relating to any subsequent review of this grant. 2 - Records, memos and correspondence relating to complaints received from Outreach Moldova volunteers after the 2006 funding was announced to include a copy of the final February 2009 Irish Aid report into the concerns raised and any follow up correspondence. 3 - Records of any funding applications by Outreach Moldova post 2009 and any reviews of any such applications.
