TRIAGE: I have sent this request to several of the departments that are involved in policymaking at EU level, I don't have a specific topic in mind, it is more to see what/if any non-papers departments have put forward in council of the EU discussions. I imagine Dep of Health officials based in the permanent representation to the EU would have a good idea of the records involved, if there are any. The reference to non-paper is a term used in council of EU deliberations, where member states set out a proposal/position on a topic. Sorry just to clarify on this request, it would be for non- papers submitted to the council, and the European Commission. ORIGINAL WORDING: A copy of any non-papers submitted/circulated by the department to the council of the EU, at working group level or otherwise, between 1st July 2024 and 30th April 2025.
