I would like to make a freedom of information request on the handling of the dog taken into louth council dog pound, puppy #11390, and the handling of this case. Including the determination of dog breed, steps taken to return dog to their owner, advertising of the dog on social media and the ultimate decision to put to sleep rather than engage with rescue charities offering to take the dog.
