Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request access to the following records relating to the recently constructed junction at Ashtown Gate, Phoenix Park: Approved design drawings for the junction and traffic islands. Road Safety Audit reports (Stage 1–4, if applicable). Works completion certificates and commissioning sign-off documents. Records showing the date the junction was opened to live traffic. Snag lists or outstanding works schedules at the time of opening. Inspection and maintenance records from the date of installation to present. Records of any reported incidents or complaints relating to the traffic island.
