I seek data under the Freedom of Information Act. The number of compensation cases the Council settled with a pay-out following claims from motorists who suffered damage to their vehicles as a result of poor road conditions, and the total combined amount paid out in these cases for the years 2015, 2016, and 2017 and the number of outstanding claims with the Council at present.
