Any records showing sample menus from schools where ultra-processed foods such as chicken goujons, chips or pizza are included. 3. Any records which show that the government has considered extending the scheme to secondary schools. 4. Any records of letters/emails received by the government from health or environmental organisations or charities raising concerns about the hot school lunches scheme. 5. Any records showing concerns noted by Department officials following routine inspections at primary schools regarding the hot school lunches scheme. 6. Any records where the government has estimated the level of food waste per month or annually from the hot school lunches scheme
