I am applying under the Freedom of information act 2014 for the following: A copy of any documents or correspondence regarding the tender process employed in the plan to build a roadway and car park by the OPW in the meadow in Castletown House, Celbridge, Co. KILDARE, in September 2023. If no tender process was employed, please provide me with any documents or correspondence regarding the procurement process for the plan to build the car park.
