Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of the internal ‘five case review’ that was sent from/submitted by the Office of Public Works to the Public Accounts Committee in mid-October 2018 as referred to in the PAC hearing transcript of 18.10.2018. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.
