Department of Transport Request copies of all records which are held by, or on behalf of, the Irish Coast Guard (the "IRCG") in relation to communications between: the IRCG and Senator Gerard P Craughwell; the IRCG and all other members of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Transport and Communications (the "Committee" - currently: Joe Carey, Cathal Crowe, Alan Dillon, Martin Kenny, Michael Lowry, Steven Matthews, James O'Connor, Darren O'Rourke, Duncan Smith, Lynn Boylan, Regina Doherty, Timmy Dooley & Gerry Horkan); the IRCG and all members of the Public Accounts Committee ('TAC" - currently: Brian Stanley, Catherine Murphy, John Brady, Colm Burke, Cormac Devlin, Alan Dillon, Alan Kelly, Paul McAuliffe, Imelda Munster, Verona Murphy, James O'Connor & Marc C) Cathasaigh); the IRCG and the Department of the Taoiseach; 5.the IRCG and the Department for Transport; 6. the IRCG and the Department of Defence (Senator Craughwell, the Committee, PAC, the Department of the Taoiseach, the Department for Transport and the Department of Defence, together referred to hereinafter as the "Third Parties ) which refer to the question of who would provide the service pursuant to the new Irish Coast Guard Search and Rescue Aviation Contract (the "IRCG SAR Contract"). This request also includes any records which are held by or on behalf of the IRCG in relation to the provision of the new IRCG SAR Contract, including, but not limited to: all records of communications between the IRCG and the Third Parties, including any staff thereof, relating to the question of who would provide the service pursuant to the IRCG SAR Contract, including but not limited to letters, emails, reports, agreements, memoranda, minutes of meetings, databases, diary entries, text messages, WhatsApp messages and voicenotes, multimedia messages, notes (including handwritten notes of any type) and records of phone calls; and all records of internal communications between IRCG personnel where correspondence with the Third Parties pertaining to the question of who would provide the service pursuant to the IRCG SAR Contract was considered and/or discussed, including but not limited to letters, emails, reports, agreements, memoranda, minutes of meetings, databases, diary entries, text messages, WhatsApp messages and voicenotes, multimedia messages, notes (including handwritten notes of any type) and records of phone calls.
