I request that I be provided with the following information; 1. All written communication between Galway County Council, the Road Safety Authority, Galway City Council, An Garda Siochana, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, the Department of Transport and any other agencies or individuals regarding the above three-year road safety strategy. 2. All written communication between the Galway County Council and the Road Safety Authority or other parties, regarding any role or involvement if the Galway County Joint Policing Committee concerning the above road safety strategy. 3. All internal documents, reports, plans, correspondence, emails, briefing notes, records of meetings, memos, faxes or other materials created by Galway County Council, whether typed, printed, handwritten, mechanically, or electronically recorded or reproduced which relates to its deliberations regarding the above road safety strategy. 4. A copy of the Galway City & County Road Safety Strategy. Please provide the above documentation in electronic format by email if at all possible. If it proves necessary, I am also seeking your assistance in (a) identifying the records pertaining to the above request and (b) ensuring that the terms and scope of this request are sufficient to obtain the required information. Should this request need to be amended or clarified in any way, I would be grateful if you could let me know as soon as possible.
