​A record of all meetings held between departmental staff and external bodies, organisations, or individuals with regard to the new guidelines for apartment size produced by the department in December 2015, to include; minutes, preparatory materials/notes, internal/external correspondence which were prepared or gathered for, or relate to these meetings; submissions, made to the Department by external bodies, relating to the guidelines; draft versions of internal department research which supported the formulation of the guidelines; internal correspondence relating to research which supported the formulation of the guidelines.
