I am submitting an FOI request for the following categories of documents: All records (including correspondence) in relation to the creation of the 2007 licence between the Office of Public Works and the landowner over lands near the Castletown House estate adjacent to the N4/M4 including but not limited to records of the reasons why this licence was created; and All records in relation to the decision by the Office of Public Works to bring in vehicular traffic to the Castletown House estate from the N4/M4 entrance from 2007 onwards.
