I am seeking the following records (memos, correspondence, lists, policies, agendas, minutes, statistical records) that detail the following: Strategic Planning/Workforce Planning: • What framework or governing document is in place for the implementation or use of workforce planning in the Irish Defence Forces? and may a copy of this document be provided? • Can you provide examples of how the Workforce Planning Model of Scenario Planning has been utilised on the Civil and or Public service? • Has the department engaged in the use of any Workforce planning models outside of Scenario Planning? How are alternative models promoted and can examples be provided?
