I refer you to the closure of the Children’s playground within the parkland of Kilkenny Castle, which is in the care of the OPW; 1. I would like a copy of records relating to the decision making process behind the closure of the playground to the general public some weeks ago. 2. I also seek a copy of internal OPW and external correspondence re same, to include but not limited to correspondence with Kilkenny County council, The local Fire service, and the Health and safety authority. 3.I also seek a copy of any grant applications made by or for the OPW to pay for any new works at this playground. 4.I also seek a copy of any complaints received by the OPW in relation to this playground for the past two years. 5. I also seek a copy of correspondence about this closure and the current and future plans for this playground with media organisations.
