With regard to the AQE Review of the Oversight of Search and Rescue (SAR) Aviation Operations in Ireland as a result of the interim AAIU accident report into R116 crash in blacksod bay. Recommendation 10 stated : It is recommended that DTTAS requires that an ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Au-dit Programme (USOAP) pre-audit be conducted on aeronautical SAR, and that the findings are reported and acted upon. [recommendation 10] Would it be possible to get a copy of the ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP) that was completed as per the recommendation above
