All information relating to The Memorandum of Understanding agreed by the British and Irish Governments to establish a New Renewable Energy Trading Plan between both countries.  This should include Inter-Departmental communiques, briefing documents, notes of meetings and all other documentation relevant to the memorandum of Understanding prior to and following the agreement in 2013​
