1. A list of all Uniform and clothing tenders issued by the Office of Governement Procurement (and its Former Names) for the Department of Defence for the past 5 years. 2. For each tender supply the list of all Purchase Order by value issued, with the required delivery date as set out in the tender documents. 3. For each contract issued, provide details of the value of all penalties award against the contractor. 4. For each of the Purchase Order referred to in 2 above please supply the actual delivery date when order was completed. 5. Percentage of additional value allowed to be added to the contract under EU tender regulations. 6. All correspondence in relation to non-performance of contracts in terms of Delivery times.
