1. All documentation and information relating to which body is considered the body exercising the discretion under Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 604/2013 ('Dublin III Regulation'). 2. All documentation and information concerning who exercises the discretion under Article 17(1) of the Dublin III Regulation. 3. All documentation and information in relation to whether Article 17 discretion has ever been exercised within this State. 4. All documentation and information in relation to any system and / or mechanism which has been put in place in this State to permit the State to exercise its discretion under Article 17(1). 5. All documentation and information in relation to any publication or notification to applicants of the system and / or mechanism through which the Article 17(1) discretion is or is to be exercised.
