I wish to make a request under Freedom of Information legislation for copies of all records relating to; • Any complaints received by SDCC, • Any report or assessments undertaken by SDCC, or its Agents, and • Any decisions in respect of works undertaken by SDCC (or its agents), or decided not to be pursued, and the reasons for such decisions, in respect of the tree situated outside 13 Castle Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24 AND the pavement outside 13 Castle Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
