Correspondence and briefing documents for Ministers and Department officials pertaining to the issue of pension entitlements of newly retired public servants, namely gardaí, fire service, paramedics, military, prison service or any other public entity in which retired members must apply for jobseekers benefit before receiving their full pension entitlement between 1 January 2022 and 18 January 2023. . Any emails or other correspondence between the Department of Public Expenditure,NDP Delivery and Reform and other departments with regard to problems with the pension entitlements of newly retired public servants, namely: gardaí, fire service, paramedics, military, prison service or any other public entity in which retired members must apply for jobseekers benefit before receiving their full pension entitlement between 1 January 2022 and 18 January 2023 - Any correspondence, emails etc between PER officials, its minister and the Minister for Justice and any senior officials in the Department of Justice between 1 January 2022 and 18 January 2023 with regard to pension entitlements of gardaí.
