The request relates to a planning enforcement file at Louth County Council, which concerns unauthorised development at Arthurstown, Ardee, Co. Louth (Reference: UD/24/240). I understand that a Warning Letter was issued to the landowners on 21 August 2024. I hereby request a copy of the response submitted on behalf of the landowner to Louth County Council, together with a copy of all correspondence on the file.
