I am requesting the release of any correspondence between Minister of State Michael D'Arcy and insurance companies regarding a plans to introduce legislation that would see insurance companies reveal how much they are paying out to settle compensation claims against businesses. I am also requesting the release of any minutes of any meetings between the junior Minister and insurance companies regarding the same. The date range I am seeking is from 21 March last year until the present date, and I can confirm that I mean the Minister of State's advisor.
