I wish to make an access request under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and the Freedom of Information Act 2014 for a copy of any information whatsoever, both clinical and non clinical on computer or in manual form in relation to the Inspection Report of Mullingar Regional Hospital that took place on the 6th and 7th December 2022. Report of an inspection against the National Standards for Safer Better Healthcare.
