Tipperary County Council I am seeking the following: Details of the competition to identify and artist and a suitable artwork/sculpture/memorial to mark the fact of Thurles being the birthplace of the GAA. Such details to include how many artists submitted proposals for consideration, who the successful candidate is, what is the form of their creation and what materials will be used?
