Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following records concerning the alleged transport of munitions between the US and Israel through Irish sovereign airspace, Irish-controlled airspace, and/or over Ireland. Period: 1 January 2025-present: - Any briefing papers, reports and/or memos on the examination of allegations made in the media concerning the carriage of munitions of war on civil aircraft through sovereign Irish airspace without the appropriate exemptions as outlined to be taking place by the Tanaiste here; - Any records outlining any proposed next steps or recommendations for action based on the findings of said examination; - Any correspondence and/or meeting minutes between departmental and/or ministerial officials and/or ministers from DFAT and/or the Tanaiste office; and/or the Taoiseach" office about the examination; Please exclude any emails concerning administrative matters with the meeting (e.g., setting a time, change of time, food to be served, etc)
