1. I am seeking, for each year from 2010-2020 (inclusive), the following data relating to Area Aid schemes operated by the Department: a) the number of over-claims. b) the number of physical inspections carried out by the Department to check the validity of Area Aid schemes applications. c) the number of paper-based inspections carried out by the Department to check the validity of Area Aid scheme applications. d) the amount in euro recovered each year, from claims that were found to have been over- claims/invalid claims. f) the number of suspected fraud cases reported each year to AGS. 2. A copy of the register that has been in place since 2019, which pertains to fraud/suspected fraud notifications. 3.
