Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, I am formally requesting access to records held by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform relating to the Public Service Pay and Pension Act 2017. I kindly request the following: 1. Any records of communication regarding the consent given by the Governor of the Central Bank for the application of the Public Service Pay and Pension Act 2017 to Central Bank employees, as outlined in Section 37(1)(a) of the Act. 2. Any records of communication between the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform concerning the consent given by the Minister for Finance under section 37(1)(b) of the Public Service Pay and Pension Act 2017 for the application of Part 4 of said Act to Central Bank employees. 3. Any records relating to the publication of any notice in Iris Oifigiúil (the official gazette of the Government of Ireland) under Section 37(b) of the Public Service Pay and Pension Act 2017. This request includes, but is not limited to, correspondences, emails, memos, letters, or any other form of communication exchanged between the mentioned parties regarding the specified sections of the Act.
