any and all records and/or information held by the Department of Agriculture in relation to the company (xxxxx), including but not limited to letters, e-mails, inspections, reports, complaints, phone records/reports between 1 January 2016 and 8 July 2016 pertaining to the legal felling of trees on the property of the company
