1. Jackie Skelly Fitness Club, Johnstown, Navan, Co. Meath – Order of Discovery. As a result of litigation arising from a fire that occurred in Navan on 15 July 2011, the High Court has made an Order for Discovery of documents relevant to the matters arising including; 1. A copy of the documentation submitted by and on behalf of Prime Fitness Limited (formerly trading as Jackie Skelly Fitness) in support of its application for a fire safety certificate (Ref No FS 04/245) for the proposed fitness centre at Bailis Centre, Navan, Co Meath to include, but not limited to, all drawings, plans, calculations, specifications and particulars submitted.
