All information, correspondence and documentation accrued in the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications, concerning the North-South Interconnect since 1st January 2021. To include, but not be limited to, all correspondence, including emails and text messages; 1) within the Department ,, 2) between Department officials or the Minister with EirGrid 3) between Department officials or the Minister with other individuals or organisations, 4) between Department officials or the Minister with other government Departments including Ministers and advisors including the Department of An Taoiseach, 5) All briefings, notes and minutes of meetings at which this subject was discussed prepared in the Department or between officials with the Minister or with any other individual or organisations.
