We would be obliged if you would pleae confirm in writing whether this site is designated for gaming purposes, pursuant to Part 3 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 by Galway City Council. We would further be oblidged by way of a Freedom of Information request on behalf of our client, that all documents relevant to whether this site is so dedicated for gaming pursuant to Part 3 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 or not be furnished to our office.
