Receipts/invoices/purchase orders in relation to plastic cups, glasses, cutlery and straws dated 2016 - present day. These records should reflect both quantity of goods ordered and the amount paid. The amount of money spent on reusable cups and the number of cups purchased in 2017 and 2018. For the period 1 January 2016 to present day: any documentation on plans to cut down and/or ban single-use tableware, cups and other food and beverage items, including memos, circular letters, the agenda, minutes and corresponding documents, including emails.
