Copies of all correspondence between the Department and the Judicial Council, the Bar Council of Ireland and the Law Society regarding the specialist teaching/training for legal practitioners involved in sexual assault trials, and in dealing with vulnerable witnesses. The correspondence period should cover 1 July 2020 to 5 October 2021.
