I refer to the recent statement made by Minister McGrath regarding the legal advice obtained in relation to the final restoration (July 2022) of FEMPI pay cuts for particular civil/public servants. Under FOI legislation, I wish to request copies of the following: (1) All of the legal advice records. (2) Records of discussions and interactions with the legal agent(s). (2) Records of the submission(s) made for legal advice. (3) Internal records related to the submission(s) for legal advice, including internal records and records of interactions between DPER and other civil/public service agencies.
