Category 1 I request the following records concerning the said meetings and any prior correspondence to include all documentation in hard copy, electronic or digital form, memos of phonecalls , emails or texts between the department and Irish XXXX XXXX XXXXX Committee, XXXX industry representatives and XXX XXXX concerning insurance cover or lack thereof for XXXX. Category 2 I request the following documents concerning any meetings or correspondence between the Irish XXX XXXX XXXX Committee and XXXX XXXX to include all documentation in hard copy electronic or digital form, memos of phonecalls , digital conversation emails or texts.
