Ascertaining the existence of documentation that reference where the Angling Consultative Council of Ireland from it's inception, during discussion's / meeting's pertaining to the subject pike and coarse fish species: 1. Where ACCI actively considered / deliberated on Ireland's obligations under the Habitats Directive 92/43 EEC & Water Framework Directive 2000/60 EC. (b)To include Fish classification's Ecoregion 17 Water framework directive. Pike and coarse fish are classified as non native influencing ecology under FIL2. 2. Where ACCI actively discussed the implications of any considerations / deliberations on the obligations of Ireland under 92/43 EEC Habitats Directive and Water Framework Directive 2000/60 EC.
