Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a record/spreadsheet/database of all costs incurred by the NGI in the retrofitting of a lighting system at NGI (originally installed circa 2015). This record to be broken down (line by line) in as much detail as possible e.g. design, construction materials, labour etc. - copies of the business case, cost benefit analysis, planning or scoping documents associated with the above project.
