I wish to apply under the Freedom of Information Act for all correspondence within the council relating to the tanks and silos that were part of the Old Oil and Cake site on the Marsh Road in Drogheda EAP 016498. 02.07.24 REFINMENT RECEIVED Further to our conversation I now wish to seek a subset of the original FOI request submitted, leaving my original request as is. The subset is to seek all correspondence related to environmental and health and safety concerns with regard to the tanks and silos that were part of the Old Oil and Cake site on the Marsh road in Drogheda, from the 1st of January 2023 to date.
