I wish to apply under the Freedom of Information Act for all records in the Department of Health in relation to concerns of HIQA expressed by them to the Department of Health and the Health Department’s consideration and subsequent replies to HIQA in relation to the situation in nursing homes generally during the period Feb 2020 – May 2020.
