1. Any correspondence since May 31st, 2022 to the Taoiseach or his Department on the Cregan commission of inquiry into Irish Bank Resolution Corporation and its examination and report on the Siteserv transaction; and any replies from the Taoiseach or his Department. This FoI request excludes all the correspondence to the Taoiseach from the commission which has been published on the Government’s website. Also excluded from this FoI request is the Siteserv report itself as it too is in the public domain. 2. Any notes or advice prepared for the Taoiseach on the commission’s conclusions on the Siteserv transaction as set out in its report.
