Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, copies of all letters, emails, memos, text messages, telephone call messages, to include supplementary material prepared for Debates and Questions in the Oireachtas, and all other documents held by the Department of Transport and by the Minister for Transport pertaining to the development of the N72-N73 Mallow Relief Road Scheme from December 31st 2020 to date; to also include all such material relating to the decision not to allocate funding to this project for 2023 to allow it to proceed to the next phase.
