Context Payment of Report No 42 (Higher Remuneration in the Public Sector) Pay Awards to Health Service Senior Managers was sanctioned in 2024 with effect from 01 June 2024. Arrears from 14 September 2007 were refused followed by a joint party referral of that injustice to the Labour Court. Records being Sought All records related to Report No 42 from 19 August 2024 to 26 May 2025. Records to include those held in any format, to include, inter alia, letters, emails, file notes, hand written notes, submissions, minutes of meetings and records of telephone conversations. Records to include internal items, interactions (to and from) with other government departments, the HSE and other external bodies such as the union, Fórsa. Please ensure the Schedule will identify every record being withheld. Scope of FOI amended in agreement with requester on 26/05/2025 from "All records related to Report No 42 from 01 May 2024 to the FOI decision date in 2025." to "All records related to Report No 42 from 19 August 2024 to 26 May 2025." Further scope refinement agreed with requester on 27/05/2025: XXX confirmed they do not want copies of their own correspondence to the Department of Health.
