Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am seeking access to the following records- A copy of all sanction requests received by the department relating to individual departmental expenditure for the forthcoming presidency of the European Council dated between 01/01/26 and 03/03/26. A copy off any briefing notes prepared during this period for the deployment of a €1 billion contingency fund announced as part of Budget 2026 to cover expenditure related to the forthcoming presidency of the European Council dated between 01/01/26 and 03/03/26. This should include any e-submissions to Minister Chambers during this period relating to the spending associated with the €1 billion contingency fund.
